I’m Sam Gardner

An architect-trained builder focused on thoughtful renovations, design coordination, permitting, and construction management.


My background includes years in architecture, followed by hands-on renovation and development work across more than 55 completed projects. That experience shaped the way I work today: practical, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering finished work that is well planned, well managed, and built to last.

We take on select residential and multifamily projects, bringing together the right team and guiding the work from early planning through construction.
